Initiate Your Request
Log into your Pikore account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization.
Package Your Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
